Anna Sui's website also showcases some neat-O illustrators.

I love the Balenciaga campaigns too, M-O-M. (My current avatar being one of them.)

Thank you so much for the thread, Space. You're a man after my own heart.

The Emmanuelle Mafille
illustrations are always fun, breathtaking and fresh, very inspiring. I would love to get my hands on a few of her pieces for Spring.

I agree. Great topic! I love seeing this sort of thing because I'm not exposed to at all here. Emanuelle Mafille is breathtaking! Love her stuff! And the Charles Anastase stuff is very nylon imo.

great pics everyone, thanks!

i'm a huge fan of fashion illustration and i recently picked up a book from the library called Stylishly Drawn by Laird Borrelli. It's a great book featuring a lot of current artists. I highly reccomend it for those who love fashion illustration!

My favourite fashion-related illustrations are Julie Verhoeven's trippy designs. And I like how grafitti artist Fafi has transferred some of her "girls" onto clothing.

I think Nylon always has some interesting illustrations in each issue.
Julie & Fafi are great

I love fashion illustration, great idea for a topic. I really like some of the ones Space posted, especially these two...

I also found some great illustrations from ArtDept.com's illustration section. http://www.art-dept.com/illustration/singh/

beautiful thread spacemiu...some of my favorites are m/m, francois berthoud, mats gustafson and ruben toledo. if you haven't already, you should check out the book unified message.

These are not new but I like them a lot:

berthoud for marni

berthoud for helmut lang featured in visionaire

mats for bemberg

I adore this thread!
A much needed breath of fresh air in the supporting cast section.
I'm going to show this to my sister who wants to become an illustrator!
