These are really great, modillustr
Thanks for introducing his work
I like that he emphasizes the environment much more
and it makes the person in them so small
Three trees make a forest
Some explainations about the nice title of his book...
On the top of the english title there is a "kanji" (chinese character also used in japanese writing)In japanese,it is pronounced "mori" and means "forest".
This character itself is made of the three same character.
This character alone is pronounced "ki"and means "a tree"
When you write this character twice, it is pronounced "hayashi" and means "many trees"
So, when you write it three times it becomes ..." a forest"
Then "Three (drawned))trees make a forest"
I hope you can read the "kanji" I have included in this post.
