Wow Multitudes, your art is so amazing! How have you managed to achieve that sort of shading? Because it doesn't look like just one shade (hope you understand me, I mean it looks texturised...)

well i'm not going to repeat anything everyone has already said. a lot of talent, although that's not suprising at all.

this is the only thing i have, an unfinished painting of nobody in particular. i don't usually show my 'artwork', because i simply don't have any to. and anyways i'd rather spend my time looking at all of yours.

ok bleh.

this is great, i can't stress enough how i much i enjoy all of this artwork! it's all very interesting, and it's nice to see different styles and mediums!
mass, i'm curious, what types of paint did you use in that picture? very nice work!
multitudes, since the first drawing i saw (your self portrait, i believe) i was always amazed by your artistic ability! gosh, i'm so used to looking at and analyzing the works of artists who are all dead, but like i said, it's really fun to see this work and have discussions about them with the artists. keep up the good work everyone!!
i hope to post some sketches soon!

Some of my work for my art class....

Definitely not my original work, you may recognize this as Salvador Dali's The Persistence of Memory, we had an assignment in my humanities class last year to replicate a work of a famous artist, it took a loooong time to complete this .

This is a painting I did for our final projects. It's hard to see in the picture what it's like, because I've been using different materials, and som parts of it is three dimensional.

And, that second picture...well. haha. I'm trying to look angry I think, but I mostly look really strange and drugged.

Aaaahhh.. there is so much new art posted..

First..Honey Blade and Hye Park lover.. thank you for your lovely comments... .. and you are right Hye.. it's not just one shade.. It's multiple shades... I use a kind of cross hatching which produces small squares that connects with eachother to create the figure and for the variation in light/shadow I use both hard and soft pencils(H-9B ).. I don't know if that makes sense...

Jbarahona...Thank you and I'm dying to see your sketches .. and you are so right, how great is it to be able disscuss with the artists...

Mass... I love that painting(what medium?), it's beautiful.. there is something very melancholic over that face... The paleness is very compelling to me... and I kind of like it that it's not finished...

Aquarious 21... thank you very much.. ...but you know you still owe me one... ... what especially speaks to me in your drawing is the closed eyes...

Jadoredior... That is really good... ... there is something very "clay" like soft in your figure(hands etc..) work.. I love the hand with the watch.. can you tell me what mediums you are working in?

Chioggia... again this really great work... I have never been able yet to master the medium of painting(What medium?), so I just admire it so much when I see people who can...

Leeyone... even though it might hurt your eyes .. I love it.. .. especially the "big" One... the way it's composed... the face cut in half... the patterns....

I think I got everything... ... all this work is really fantastic... and as Leeyone said.. words can't really describe it...

..Miss Vans thank you for the lovely karma and comments...

Thank you SO much. it means even more hearing it from someone as talented as you!
The woman is painted in oil. don't you do any painting at all? your scetches in paint would be fantastic to see.
