Seoul is a relatively small city, and I've NEVER seen men dressed like this - it's either boring business attire or jeans/sweater/man-purse ... lol... Thanks for the pics!

Well, geographically it's not that big (for me anyways - I'm from Canada!) ... but it has over ten million people, with almost half the population of all of S. Korea living there ... it's just packed ...
