I spent a month in Seoul this summer, and since then, korean streetstyle has been growing on me.

Hmmmm...its interesting to see these pictures, because I live in Korea and I go to Seoul a lot yet I rarely see some of the styles that are showing up here..the guys style in the pictures are pretty well represented I think, but the ladies styles...not so much. People just don't seem to take as many fashion risks from what I've seen in real life.

Really? I'm in Seoul as well and I see the styles posted in this thread a lot, especially in Hongdae.

Just wondering, would you guys buy a photobook on Korean runway styles and street fashion?

Possibly. I do find Korean streetstyle very inspiring, but I don't know it's something I need to have in a book.

i went to korea about month ago.
i'm not downing korea or koreans but there are so much counterfeit products.
so easy to access those products. ann demeulemeester, neil barrett, dior homme...
you name it they have it, with such an outrageously cheap price.
$35 ann demeulemeester cardigan??
after i saw those product, i was doubting all those people who wears brand name labels.
i even saw this one kid rocking fresh brand new WHITE Ato Cow Hide Boot on a pouring rainy day!!!!!??!!

give me a break.
i am not saying you should have a lot of money to style yourself.
FAKES are NOT FASHION..
thats all

I really am interested in Korean street style, and I always appreciate how put together (not in a preppy way or anything) and how thoughtful many of the Korean people I meet in Beijing dress. It's so nice. And I always chuckle at how many sellers in markets here hawk clothes by saying "They're Korean!" or Korean-style. I think the streetstyle is so underrated.
