Wow such great photographs. It seems to me that a lot of the peoples style comes from the little details which make the outfit, like a cute bag or a printed scarf.

Most of the headscarves are very plain or have an unattractive pattern. Is it illegal to decorate the headscarf? It has to be basic?

^ no - in dubai you have designer abaya's/burqa's and head scarves too - some have patterns, some are printed.. some even have sequins.

But simple is always best - its about simplicity really

Probably the people who paid money for them don't think the patterns are unattractive. Cultural differences, maybe?
