Preach!
Same with Maje and Sandro...

The pictures of the people that has been posted here, is in fact very inspiring, and they truly look fantastic.

But when you go to Paris, it`s not like the average person dresses that different compared to the people living in other big cities in Europe? I mean you don`t see people that stick out from the crowd that often? (Maybe you have to be in certain areas?)
Because when I went to Paris last year, the thing that stroke me was the attitude the Parisians had, not the way they dressed, they looked so confident and relaxed. I must admit I did se a amount of really nice outfits, but I can`t say I feel as though Paris "is a very well dressed city."

Talking about Paris street style, I just remembered something quite traumatizing from a few years ago...

I've been to Paris the last time in 2001. And on the street, there were loads of guys wearing those nylon/plastic/whteva track suits. You know, the ugly kind. Top with matching bottom. Baseball cap. Sneakers. And those white socks with the color ring around the top. Pulled over the bottom of the pants, to cover it up.

That's what I think of when I think "Paris Street Style". And it's NOT pretty!

^No, really?! In all the times I've been to Paris, I've never encountered that particular brand of fashion disaster!

This sounds EXACTLY the way 'chavs' dress here in Scotland (or 'neds' as we call them). They are unfortunately also usually armed with knives - not a good fashion statement!
