Ford, IMG and Women have very good reputations.
My personal favourite though, is the smaller and selective Eskimo models.

^ true. I do think that if you're with a smaller agency they'd tend to push you further than being in a larger agency, since there are so many more girls represented by larger agencies. But that's just my opinion

DNA, IMG and Women are the top agencies right now... they have the best girls.

DNA has great girls... and not too many of them....
IMG is great, but I think they have a huge roster...
