I've heard that you shouldn't submit any fashion garments. Thanks.

i think you do have to make some outfits and put them into the portfolio.

Thanks Did you have other art projects in your portfolio besides fashion? I read that having a mix in your portfolio is good, but I don't want it to look unfocused.

And good luck on your course!

No I didn't create any other art projects. Because i think that's not my strong point(well,i didn't do the foundation course) . so my portfolio is focused on the design part which contains four collections. thanks

i am applying for... hm actually... i am applying through UCAS so I will apply to 3 pathways: marketing, print and knitwear. i've got a bit of everything in my portfolio. i think i can apply to all three but i'm not entirely sure, will double check. my portfolio is not very big, one project in an A3 sketchbook but i didn't do a foundation either and i'm not sure if what i have is enough... got to write a personal statement too... i so hope to get in!!! so if i do, i'll see you there

hi ya! it's now been a year since you posted this. how are you doing? did you get in? i am sending my ucas application tomorrow but i am bit confused as to what happens next... do you get an interview? or a screening day when you bring your work, leave it to be looked at and then they tell you if got in same day? i'm a bit worried because i'd still like to do more work on my portfolio and wondering how much time i can count on... it would help a lot if u could help me make it all clearer thank you!!!

For my interview at another school I'm going full out (as in hauling a huge bag around with me...). Better safe than sorry! Best of luck!
