Hi Xone!

I love the idea of doubling the exposure of cool details with a second close-up shot on each page, like was done for the editorial above. What a great idea to bring attention to the smaller items without losing the feel of the whole outfit.

Is the b&w editorial a "jeans" story?

Love the positioning of the girls on the foldout cover too.

Keep up the postings!

Ciao Xone!

Sure, I will post some new work here as soon as it's available. Shot a lingerie story and a sporty/chic fashion story last week. Anxious for prints!

...and of course now it's time to work on editorials for spring fashion. That's next week's project. (This is how I feel these days!)

Good luck! I really admire people who can style men's fashion. It's not as easy as women's, in my opinion.

Here's my work
I've looked throughout this thread and everyone's work is amazing. I also have similar frustrations as others with feeling limited creatively on magazine editorials - you can't go too far; keep it clean! I just did a fun and amazing editorial that i will post as soon as I can work with these files to make them smaller (not so tech savvy).

Check it out! www.kimchewning.com

I'm rather shy but what the heck - I look forward to any feedback.

Thanks!

Bohemediva

That is amazing stuff. It certainly intimidates me as I delve into becoming a stylist.

If you don't mind my asking, how did you work your way into it?
