modacycle.com opening up for editorial submissions
We just changed the whole format of our journal around and it's not just going to be an article once every two weeks or so now, we're going to be publishing content more frequently, and we're going to be posting actual photo editorials along with the reportage.
I think (hope) we included some pretty good examples of what we're looking for in the pitches, but let us know if it's not clear.
Basically, modaCYCLE is a group of fashion photographers, and we know how hard it is to get someone in the art department to even pick up the phone at the major publications, so we're creating this alternative outlet for serious editorials.

MY NAME IS SARAH LEE AND I'M 19 YR OLD ASPIRING DESIGNER. I AM WORKING EXTREMELY HARD TO GET INTERNSHIPS AND WORK WITH MY FAVORITE DESIGNERS LIKE ALEXANDER WANG, LANVIN, AND MASION MARTIN MARGIELA. BUT FOR THESE SERIOUS DESIGNERS TO TAKE A 19 YR OLD SERIOUSLY, I KNOW THAT I HAVE TO WORK TWICE AS HARD AS THEY DID.
MY TEAM AND I DECIDED TO HAVE A FASHION SHOW EVENT IN NEW YORK CITY. (FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE INFORMED)
BUT, ME BEING THE ONLY DESIGNER WILL DEFINITELY BE HARD AND NOT ENJOYING UNLESS THERE ARE DIFFERENT DESIGNERS THAT ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.
IT'LL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED IF AN UP AND COMING DESIGNER WANTS TO BE A PART OF THIS GREAT EVENT.
