I saw that in the nyt too -- I'll be saving that section.

I've always kept binders and sketchbooks stuffed with inspirational pictures, now I have some mood boards I have to make for school. It was fun to see the pros version!

Mood boards a lot of times are autobiographical.

hmmm...

I have so many of these on paper from back when they were 'required'. I love giving them another going over every once in a while. Such sweet memories :P

Does anyone keep a mood board or a look book just for yourself?

There are a couple of designers whose mood boards I would love to see. McQueen's, Galliano's and even though he wont have them anymore, TF's. I would just love to see every little thing that inspires them for a season. Especially Galliano's, I mean, even if a collection is bad it would probably amazing to see what kinda stuff he would put up on a board.

i have a mood board, but it hasn't changed for a long time... i haven't been really inspired by fashion for a long time...i'm waiting...

Icon1 Need help on trend board!

hi, does anyone know how to make a fashion trend board?
i mean wt things should be put into the board?
first time to do this kind of stuff....so i'm not too familiar wif it.

i hv done a theme board related to "peace" b4,
and now i need to make a trend bd of SS 06/07...
colors of my collection will be mainly white + some natural tones (light blue,nude,etc)

anyway....hope u guyz can give me some advice/suggestions.
