I always check out his youtube videos - I attribute my humans looking human-like solely to his instruction lol. He has so many now, nearly 300 I believe!

In order to understand the 9 head fashion figure, you must know the regular human figure to begin with. Learning the 9 head figure, works off of the porportions from the normal figure. once you have that down, all you have to do is elongate.

i had trouble with the fashion figure at first, but as I started to learn more about the human muscles, and how the arms and legs curve in the normal body, the fashion figure become a lot easier to sketch.

I kind of grope myself to feel where the muscles go...

I'm serious, try it out, you get a better understanding of it all. I do it in the mirror. As long as you're not kissing biceps or get caught by someone, it's OK. At least you're not exhuming corpses.

I think itīs good, because sometimes we have some ideas to shot we want to transmit them at visual level to understand well... at least I need to make my visual scenes before to photograph...

juliette 3, that book is basic when drawing figurines, it helped me a lot too, too bad the drawing tutorials arent free anymore
