The information I found said that she was born in the Netherlands and that her father was a painter. As well that she died in '71 I think from a heroine overdose. I looked under Talitha Pol as well and still can't find photos!

There! Thats all until I find more! There is a small shot of her in January's British Vogue that I might post if it scan's well. Most of the images I do find seem to be b&w.
