Balenciaga had the best batch of exclusives. So Juliane, Julier, Geidre, Sam, Nora (and Kremi?) were all worldwide exclusives while the rest were semi, correct?

I don't get the difference between a city exclusive and a special request. Most of the models who are special requests usually only do that one show, so wouldn't they kinda be exclusives??

I'm not working in fashion industry or things like that but i think there's a difference. I think exclusive is when a designer wants a model in his show and she can't do other shows before and after because he made her exclusive. Special request is mostly for supermodels without showcard, a designer call a particularly model, Kate Moss for example and ask her to do his show, then it's Kate's decision to do it or not, but it's not an exclusive, if she wants she will do the shows she wants but i think there's also special request + exclusive anyway
I remember Alexander Wang when he had Natalia Vodianova on his show and he said she came all the way from London just for him, he asked her to do his show and she said yes, but after that she also did another show in New York. ;-)

Payment for runway exclusives include a monetarily compansation for the show days missed due to that exclusive. Many exclusive girls also do several days of fittings for the designer who holds them exclusively. Special Requests are more like direct bookings for established top talents usually not walking shows.... Like Daria Werbowy...
