The show is new though, hopefully it'll pick up soon!

Does anyone know the time frame for this show? Was it filmed months ago (like ANTM)?

I really enjoyed the show, its unfortunate that the ratings are not so high but maybe once its more established on tv, hopefully ratings will improve.

My favorites are Margaux, Ebony, Madeleine and ZiLin. There is a few others that are interesting but they have not stood out yet.

I love all the coaches, Naomi has to bring the drama and tears. I'm happy to see Coco, she is my favorite judge. I love her quirky personality.

I really disliked how that one girl cried and begged to be on the show.. and Coco got guilted into taking her on.

The first photoshoot did set the bar high with W Magazine. I can't wait to see who else they bring into the show.

Not sure has anyone mentioned this already, but I am pretty sure Sandra was on Project Runway All-Stars 2. She was one of Emilio Sosa's models in the season finale (2nd model on runway). I did my best with the screenshots. If anyone wants to watch the episode to confirm please do so

I'm suspicious of the judge's motives. If I were a mentor and had the opportunity to vote off one model, I would keep the weaker model and eliminate the one that presents more of a threat to my team. I'm not sure that either Karolina or Naomi felt that Stephanie was a better model than the two they kicked off, but keeping her on Team Coco might prevent Team Coco from ever winning. Am I just being cynical?

^ I can understand what you're saying there, but I don't think that's what fuels most of their eliminations. I mean I can't see into their heads, but I honestly think that Naomi was going to save Christy but because she couldn't even think of a reason why she should be there, and Stephanie was SO good at talking during the elimination, Naomi changed her mind. I think Naomi was pretty impressed with Stephanie during that elimination ( I know I was) and she decided to keep her because she has the right attitude. I think the right attitude is pretty important to Naomi (as she's mentioned on the show).

^I agree. Christy went into it thinking she had it all wrapped up, and didn't make much of an effort. Naomi asked her why she should be there and she had nothing to say. Stephanie, on the other had, sounded articulate and committed.

Stephanie is hideous but so was Christy tough choices for Naomi. I don't like how Coco acts so cocky. Her team isn't all that. None of these girls really look like models to me except for ZiLin and Ebony.

I had a feeling Sandra looked familiar.

I finally watched the first episode, and I am loving Zi Lin! She so tall and such a goddess. I am rooting for her to win.

Interesting about the first challenge. I was torn between Margaux - her accessories were excellent! - and Zi Lin. I love that Zi Lin added a feminine touch to the outfit. Margaux's accessories (and hair) were so spot on, though.

Coco's group photo for W Magazine was quite awful.

Naomi is an exceptionally poor loser. It would be quite interesting to see what happens if someone from her team does not end up winning. We'd probably get an epic meltdown.

Sandra is so loud and obnoxious. I would lose my mind if I had to live with her.

I'm really loving the show more and more each week. Although Sandra was quite a pain this week; she kept pushing Jocelyn non-stop. That's something even 8 year olds learn not to do my dear . I did love her @ the posing challenge though, someone needs to make a GIF of her. Hilarious.

Kristy proved herself to be quite obnoxious during her comments about Stephanie. Still think that Stephanie has a lot of potential...let's see if she can improve.

Going to avoid this thread like the plague next week as I don't want to be spoiled on which two girls go home!

I don't know how the ratings are so low. This is the best thing on TV right now, IMHO.

I think Nigel does all right, although the show suffers the same issue as ANTM where his after-the-fact voiceovers sound like they're from another planet.

Zi Lin killed it on the runway. Otherwise I agree that Karolina's team was probably better.

Naomi is right. It doesn't matter if you have a sob story. The right person went home, I think.

^^cant believe they were about to throw frisbees at a pregnant lady!

I liked how Naomi was honest about how the girls cannot rely on their life story.
