This is the closest image I could find of the incident (no videos I could find show it). But apparently Hillary slipped, regained her balance, and then proceded to almost slam into Irina at Zac Posen fall 2006.

Carmen Kass looks amazing (despite the terrible tan) even though she's trying to subtly untangle herself...

Sometimes I wonder if the designers are making sure that these accessories/ clothes are actually easy to use.
