Especially since most runway shoes are shortened in height for stores. Shouldn't designers be promoting the footwear they're actually selling instead of ones with a much higher heel?

I'm just wondering do models get any sort of 'health benefits'? Like say they do fall during a show and tear some major ligaments and joints...whose paying for the hospital bill?
