The reason I went into all that is b/c I more than likely said Naomi was the 1st noticable one(which was in Kahlilg's repost)! Which is true & I don't regret it but I didn't want it to seem like I was saying she is exactly the 1st...although again on technicality some still I guess say she is. I don't want to discredit anyone(Donyale) or blame Naomi b/c she never said it,jokes!

Oh,yes her. But years later she said she regretted 'passing',hopefully she meant it in a moral way. Surely,in the long run it would've helped her out financially & legend wise to not have made the pass! She could've gained more of a black following. I think this is were Donyale messed up too(along with other things),when the white publications stop using you(when you no longer b/c necessary,which is rather quickly)...you are all alone!
