After the first show I quite like this season's girls. I know I'll probably change my opinion about fives time until next week but there's not a single girl I think looks completely out of place. No Gina-Lisas and Michaelas for once.

luisa is my absolute favorite so far! and personally i do not think she looks too commercial at all, i think she's truely a classical beauty with a lot of recognition value though. and i dont think that its necessary to look very androgynous or have jug ears or a very high forehead to be successful in the market at the moment anyway, like it used to be few years ago.
i think she would have been the perfect fit for the dior couture show!

Vika ^^ at least has cheekbones that Luisa doesnt have. She is pretty, no doubt but only perfect for toothpaste ad or healthy life style commercials, smth like that. To be HF successfull you dont have to have huge ears or be an elf of course, but you have to be smth extra, to have that star quality, something special that sets you apart from others. She doesnt have that. She is just a normally classically pretty girl a la Valya Zelyaeva. Its not bad. But its not an international topmodel material. She surely still can do some modeling work like catalogues for example, they love such a type, "relatable" and easy to understand for most people.

Anyways, who said the cast is amazing ? I watched the whole episode today and the cast is pretty weak. More then a half -- blondes all look like one, all are generically good looking but nothing wow. Its fine for GNTM though, I just look in a different real life serious modeling perspective.

Fish and milk thing was funny.

Heidi was way too calm this time.

i didnt want to compare her directly to vika, their faces are totally different. but i still do not agree with you personally, just look at models like sigrid agren. shes beautiful, has beautiful eyes, lips but no special cheek bones or anything. my mum would say she's pretty but nothing special cause she doenst know about this industry. her face all in all looks amazing, that's it. and thats what i think makes luisa, her whole face. shes got beautiful eyes and lips as well as her face has a really great sillouette imo. and i think you should wait for the photoshoots, promo or red carpet pics are not the best to judge from. i think she could practically start an international high fashion career (although gntm might ruin that for her), but whether you like her or not rather is a question of taste now.
