No kidding, I don't recognize even half the girls at Givenchy. Some very interesting new faces there, though. And surprisingly many blondes for Givenchy and for this season that's so dominated by brunettes.

Givenchy casting: ...da hale? I guess the overall look was "witch," but nevertheless...

Honestly I think Riccardo should've trolled everyone and cast all blondes. Now that would've been interesting.

That I would have liked to see.

Like others posting in this thread, I saw many many girls I don't recognize. At least most of them seemed like a good fit for the collection. There were a few girls who seemed out of place (the closing model, Cora, the girl with the short dark hair who wasn't Saskia or Stella, the girl after Zuzanna) but overall the casting felt very cohesive.

No Asian models at Givenchy (thankfully we had 5 black models, which is about as good as it will get this season)...probably because of the Kenzo clash. The whole conflicting of shows seems to be a problem in Paris this season.

Givenchy was another example that designer loyalty to models seems to be out this season. Most girls I would associate with Givenchy were absent.

^ not sure if Kenzo really had anything to do with the lack of Asian models at Givenchy?

the only reason they'd be at Kenzo is if they weren't on the list for Givenchy in the first place

He's always veered towards kinda random and brunette so for my part, I'm not even a tad surprised...

We just received the strongest sign that the end of the world is near:

Mariacarla didn't walked for Givenchy.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about it. But still, I would expect her to walk.

Stop it. You have to hate on the only girl whom I was excited about, lol. I think Ella looked very good for the show.

It was definitely a low key cast though. Especially compared to some recent ones. Wonder where they will go for the campaign.

We have two more shows that could still excite us with the cast, Chanel and LV.

i just find it is a good sign for givenchy to move on from mcb. they need to refresh their model choices. mcb hasn't done much for givenchy in the last few campaigns.

it's time to bring in some new faces.
