Well the last name appears to be German, so it should be pronounced as "strak." Not completely sure.

Eugenia Volodina (where the emphasis is in "Volodina" and how the "g" in Eugenia is pronounced)
& which vowel gets emphasis in "Roslyakova" and "Kocianova"
