New Faces Editorials
Hey,

Does anyone remember any amazing editorials with a focus on new faces? A bit like the Paolo Roversi 'Class of 2006' in Vogue UK.

Or an editorial supporting a particular model agency?

Happy weekend! xx

Great idea have_une_nice_day! It's especially fun to look at older versions of these types of editorials and spot the ones who "made it". Love that Roversi editorial you posted, here's the full thing:

The first thing that comes to mind as specific modeling agency editorials are the series V Magazine did. Several of the agency line ups look very different now though.

Really interesting to see which girls were with which agencies in 2006 and which ones, ostensibly were the ones the agencies were promoting then.
Some of those girls have pretty much disappeared. All of the Ford girls are no longer with Ford and of course the Supreme girls are now at Ford. And Elite apparently couldn't do much for Joan Smalls even though she's one of the girls they were promoting since it was only after she switched to IMG that her career took off.

V61 Special Edition Covers by Paul Rowland

It’s a pagan festival at Supreme for September! With shows right around the corner, Paul Rowland took to the camera to shoot 19 incredible girls from the “World of Women & Supreme” for a special edition of V Magazine that will be sold with V61 later this month. The covers were shot the week of April 13th in New York at Pier 59 Studios and feature styling by Nicholas Grasa, makeup by Janeen Witherspoon, and hair by Rita Marmor, Leonardo Manetti for ION Studio, and Franco Gobbi for Bumble & Bumble.

Be sure to checkout this genius video shot backstage at the shoot by Augusto Araujo, for Copy Cat Productions, to see the girls of Women and Supreme in action.

Featured on the covers are: Alana Zimmer, Alla Kostromicheva, Behati Prinsloo, Christina Kruse, Daiane Conterato, Darya Kurovska, Georgina Stojiljkovic, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Hannelore Knuts, Iris Strubegger, Isabeli Fontana, Meghan Collison, Mina Cvetkovic, Natasa Vojnovic, Ranya Mordanova, Rose Cordero, Suvi Koponen, Valentina Zelyaeva, and Yulia Kharlapanova.

There's at least 6 female models most would know: Hanne Gaby, Leah de Wavrin, Sophie Vlamming, Heather Bratton, Julia Dunstall, Tanya D...
and then some less well-known, but still working today girls such as Drielle, Michaela H & Anges Buzala.

^ Madeleine Berrevoets also does a few shows every now and again (e.g. Y-3 last season iirc). And of course Eddie Klint who starred in a few Prada (related) campaigns.
