I watched episode with Janice. I dont know how many money they pay to her but its awful how she says to girls 'Good' when in US shows she could say 'You are fat! You are NOT model!' and blah blah blah to the same girl

They have a new series which is completely revamped:

Host/Main judge is Irina Shayk
Other Judges are:
Vince Mc Doom
Miss Jay Alexander
Tess Feuilhade

The whole series is set in Paris, and one of the prizes is a contract with Women model management
