Icon5 "Sexy Fashion Models" Masculine?

I found an interesting article about fashion models:

http://www.femininebeauty.info/sexy.fashionmodels.1.htm

Here's an abstract:
The article basically analyizes the top 'sexy models' (rated by models.com) and show how they are masculine.

Agree or Disagree? What are your inputs on this article?

This is so dumb...

Sure there are women with "masculine" facial features, just like there are men with "feminine" facial features. And the same goes for body, there are women with narrower hips than average women, and men with broader hips than average men.

This website promotes "feminine beauty", or what they consider to be beautiful. It's just dumb. Arguing about what is beautiful is pointless.

And finally, the models portrayed at that site are chosen to prove a point, there are loads of less "masculine" models out there...

Yikes.

They are basicly trying to feed us what we should consider to be feminine and beautiful. What they don' t understand is that fashion models are supposed to look different, edgy and that sometimes includes a bit of androgny .

I only happen to agree that Isabeli has a masculine jaw but it works well with her face.

Wow, what a rubbish article No I disagree, sometimes a slightly masculine appearance makes women more sexy as often they have higher cheekbones, a more desirable figure and an air of mystery.

I especially do not agree with their extraneous and irrelevant connection of every woman on that list to being manly, even when some of them are clearly quite feminine and they're untactful for ensuing every single point with a disparaging comment about how they could easily pass off as being eunuchs and transvestites. Way to get people on your side. No doubt the idea of beauty they have in mind is more..... well.... open all hours

Exactly beauty is a personal preference really..not everyone has the same standards of beauty so you can't really classify what is and isn't beautiful. I did understand some points of where they were coming from..like i think gisele does have a boy body but that's just opinion. Can we really even classify what is feminine and masculine since we have traits of both to begin with?

Yes... And the difference between the "attractive" women and the "masculinised" ones is that the "attractive" ones weigh a bit more and therefore have softer shapes and faces. (They also seem to have narrow hips and whatnot, just a bit more flesh.)

It's a fact that the majority of men prefer fuller women compared to fashion models. So?

This topic is bordering on weight discussion if I may say so...

i personally disagree with the article too (as there is no real definition of feminine beauty IMO).

I'm sorry if this does into weight discussion (it wasn't my intention), if so, feel free to delete.

^ pink, I brought up the weight, but only because it seems so obvious to me... Don't feel bad, it may be a bad article, but it gets our attention!

I know. It kept blaming "homosexual men." Guess what morons? There are also straight men who would find Gisele, Heidi, or anyone else on that list hotter than any of the trash on the X-rated sites that the webmaster has listed as "attractive women."

You would think that with all the big words they used in that article they would have said at least one thing intelligent.
