I´m having some trouble finding the best agencies for each country, I usually just look for good agencies in a specific country but I have to get through their sites in order to spots which are really good, so, why not start a thread to state a maximum of 10 agencies per country in a ranked order. And BTW could somebody post the top agencies from Germany?
(The ranking should preferably be made taking in count how many top models they represent).

I think the best Estonian agencies are definitely EMA (Katlin Aas, Merilin Perli), MJ Models (Karmen Pedaru) and Baltic Models (Carmen Kass).
