^Very true, all the power is out in NYC right now and I'm pretty sure they won't be able to do anything for maybe a week... or two... three if the power is out. They would have to do everything out of NY which could be a bit hectic

So far the power is only out below 14th st, parts of brooklyn and queens. The VS office is in the upper part of midtown and they have power. A few agencies are below 14th st and a lot of models live downtown and in brooklyn..

I wouldn't exactly call Kate success and appearing in fashion magazines luck but to each his or her own. She's for an SI covergirl is doing what other SI covergirls like Marisa (late
in her career), Irina, Bar, and Brooklyn couldn't do and that's being somewhat revelant in fashion.

I don't think Kate will walk for VSFS this year.

I don't think that it would be smart for VS to try to work with Kate Upton at this time because all she will do is tell them "heck no" and then one of her people will probably leak it to the press with a reminder of the comment one of their higher ups made about her earlier this year. To the extent anyone cares, VS has egg on its face over that comment and presumably VS wants all the attention leading up to the VSFS to be as positive as possible.

Now I can see Kate and VS working together later on down the road, especially in print.
