Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2009

I hope this doesn't turn into the usual bash-fest, like 90% of the girls are not good enough blah blha blha x1000.

The casting has eveolved and these days a variety of girls are walking the show. The show itself is Ok to me and frankly I think people have too many unrealitic expectations.

The pointing and gigling isn't it that bad, Vs is the only runway were models can be a bit cheesy and over the top. It's not a HF show. If you want that stern and serious business, you have to go elsewhere.

I must be the only one looking forward to this being in FW. I just wished Gisele would come back and Heidi would leave.

It'll be interesting to see what high fashion models will be participating. I remember I said couple of years ago that Lily D would be interesting addition to the show and I was completely shot down...now she has done catalogue so I hope she will be on the show and rock it so I can get my I told you so!

This thread was opened after we saw the news that British Vogue gave us. VSFS will take place during Fashionweek.

BUT

Ale's management, Doutzen herself, Marisa - Ale- Lindsay & Emanuela during an interview all confirmed it will take place in November and it will be aired in December.. so it's possible this thread will be closed soon..

I'm excited. I really hope Daniela Cosio walks this year. I'm glad VS has given her an opportunity to appear in the catalog, hopefully this will mean an appearance on the Fashion show!!

Like Juliax said in the other thread.. stop posting things like this.. We haven't seen her in the catalog yet.. many models model for VS and don't make it to the catalog also there has been tons of models who model for VS and don't make it to the show.. so it doesn't mean a thing..

Second: This is a vsfs thread and all post should be about the show.. if Daniela actually appears in the catalog I think we're more than happy to see the pictures in the normal VS-thread until then.. all the other info about her are irrelevant.

Since it’s a thread that relates to the VSFS of this year, I’m simply passing my opinion of the model I want to see on that show. And like you said, “all post should be about the show” It's nothing different than last years thread. Members would post the models they'd wish would walk for the VSFS of 2008. You are right dear you can say who you want to see in the show, but about the fact that she shot for VS and appears in the catalog don't say anything about that unless she actually appears in the catalog that's all..cause if I look at the Daniela thread someone posted a good source said that she shot for VS. So not official yet.. Daniela is very pretty and I love her Guess-campaign she would def fit in the VSFS, her face is different so even though I'm not a big fan of new faces she looks a bit asian..something that VSFS needs

So guys what do you think? November or September? How on earth is it possible that Angels say November and a huge magazine like Vogue all of the sudden post an article which says September?
