I don't think Saskia will book a lot of shows. She never has. She's more of a campaign & cover girl. The big show openers will probably be:

Nadja Bender- her management is doing a great job with her. She's "everywhere", but she's not overexposed.
Ondria Hardin- I expect her to be the "Kati Nescher" of the season, meaning that she opens half the shows she walks.
Julia Nobis- the token "cool girl" of the moment.
Aymeline Valade- it's comeback time for Ms. Valade.

I don't expect Joan or Karlie to be everywhere, even though they should be. Karlie might open a lot of shows in Paris, but we'll see. Joan has never been a big show opener.

I haven't been following the HC and Pre-Fall castings closely enough to make any reliable predictions which models have a chance at sweeping up this season. But I will say that I hope Kel Markey has another great season I'm expecting Manuela Frey to do well after her Jil Sander and SLP exclusives last season. Michon van As is another new girl I expect to do well. Also, Nasty Kusakina, Tonya Vaslychenko and Marine Deleeuw will have another good season, I think.

Not sure if these two girls will walk, but I'm rooting for Siobhan O'Keefe and Harriet @ IMG London, two of my favorite new faces. Hoping to see Frederikke Winther and Lucy Gascoyne in some major shows. I also agree about Elise Smidt.

Esther Heesch does nothing for me. She's like the new Sigrid. I'm sure she'll walk 50+ shows, but she won't stand out at any of them.

I forgot to add Manon Leloup as a big potential show opener. She'll probably be one of the most buzzed about girls this season.

So we're a bit closer now and the buzz is getting a tad more concrete. Also with HC and some castings in retrospect the dust is settling a bit. In terms of 'sweeping' new girls ( leaving the sleep inducing real sweepers like Julia N or Tilda out of the equation ) my bets are on;

^ Different strategies: Some scouts and/or casting directors actually travel to specific areas and countries to do private castings for certain houses. ( for instance Ashley Brokaw for Prada to Holland/Germany/Skandinavia etc)
Other girls get their showcards pulled back early when prebooked as exclusives for houses or others are being removed early on from the rosters.

I read in L'officiel Mada about new Lithuanian model Justina Alek, who is going to show up in Fall/Winter 2013 Shows. She is very androgynous, so hope designers will spot her !
