I'm talking latest fashion and New trends for men (D&G, Cavalli,etc...) I'll be there for a week vacation. I need your help to point out the best & biggest shopping places in London. Any advices will be very appreicated.
P.S I checked previous posts but they did not serve my purpose.
selfridges is generally considered the best department store for menswear it carries pretty much all the mainstream labels. althtough the selection is limited this late into the season.
superbrands: dior , ysl, mcqueen, marc etc
contemporary: dries, mui mui, westwood, margiela etc.
liberty's is a slightly more offbeat department store with menswear from some biggies (such as marc and helmut) but is a place for smaller brands. they have collection privee, the only stockist for haute and alot of japenese labels.
for boutiques, one can't go wrong with browns. theres also matches and the library.
i'd skip harvey nicks but do check out harrods- it has a good general selection and the staff actually go in the stokroom to look for things!
new bond street and its vicinity. has many mainstream labels, like westwood, d&G, DKNY, Jil Sander, paul smith outlet just to name a few. Take short walk to Dover Street Market.
