Incidentally, I'l be going to London for a few days in September and will hopefully catch some of LFW. I know my way around pretty well but I want to deviate a little from the usual shopping routine (Topshop Oxford Circus, Brick Lane, Selfridges, Portobello Road etc). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for offbeat or off the beaten track places to shop on my trip? Or if ther were any events revolving around Fashion Week that I missed, because it seems like there art an awful lot of fashion-oriented exhibitions going on in galleries and museums around the capital. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Sadly I'm already home in Russia with no Love or Industrie magazine bought. I was at RD Frank's but they also didn't have them.

I don't know for sure if it's off the beaten places to shop but I liked A142 right outside Old Spitalfields market, may be because I've bought great discounted pair of jeans for 20 pounds there.
