Here is the info:

Monday, June 5 - Tuesday, June 6
Ralph Lauren
5471A Wisconsin Avenue
Chevy Chase, Maryland

There is no times listed though. But it does say something about calling if you want to set up a private appointment.

Do you need to set up an appointment to go??? Or do you think it's just during the normal store hours??

Hmm.

Should I print out the email in case??

I don't know if I will actually make it or not.

My fiancee is in the dog house, so this might be a good way to get out of the house right now, and avoid any further drama.

I wouldn't, Ralph Lauren isn't that crazy, it's not like you're getting a discount, then Id print it.

Looks like I cannot go, today Im too lazy to get up off my dead *** and they close at like 6, tomorrow Im gonna be in NYC...

That is weird.

I signed up a while ago with them, and nothing.

NOW all of a sudden, I'm bombarded with stuff from them.

Maybe I'm getting your mail????

Has anyone been to Nordstrom's (I was at Montgomery) half-yearly sale? WOW, it is insane, I got some Burberry sunglasses for $60 when they retailed for nearly $200, they also had Dior, Marc Jacobs, Valentino a few others...It's only womens and children so I didnt venture into the mens department...

What else? They had A LOT of handbags on sale, really nice ones from Juicy, Michael Kors, Coach, My Flat In London...Lots of accessories and jewelry and watches...The sale is CRAZY. I cant wait until the mens sale rolls around...

Went to Filene's Basement (Rockville Pike), they have so much Penguin by Munsingwear, am I the only person who loves Penguin? They're by far one of my favorite mens sportswear brands, I love that Filene's carries so much because it's sooo damn cheap, most of it is like %40 off thier price...

Where else did I go? Oh, Bloomingdales @ White Flint and the Private Sale is coming up again, they were saying how it's gonna be $25 off every $100 you spend, and 30% off most of the Ralph Lauren polo shirts...Im excited...

I was just going to post on these two issues. Diorling we should shop together.

Firstly.............when is the men's sale at Nordies. I can never remember.

Also I got the "Private Sale" invite for Bloomingdales. There is a ton of deals for all departments. PLUS FOUR coupons for to take $25 off any single $100 purchase.

PLUS you get $15 certificates for each $100 you spend.

The sale is Tues June 13th through Thursday June 15th.

I am not going to be able to go. So if anyone in the DC area wants these coupons or the pamphlet/invite..............let me know. We can either meet up or I can priority mail it to you.

Honestly I don't know how I got on the Bloomingdale's list.

I only bought stuff there once. In a drunken shopping trip, I purchased two Burberry polos and some Kenneth Cole dress shoes.

I guess they asked for my information and put me on their list. I was so drunk, I probably gave them everything.

That's what happens when I eat at the mall and have too much wine with dinner. My poor credit card.

I dont know how I got on the list either, I just get the invites, I dont think Ive ever given them my info. The thing about the Private Sale is that it isn't PRIVATE, they have big boards in the store that reads "Private Sale is now happening" oh, very private...

During the Friends & Family before this past one, in like December, my SA told me that Bloomingdales was trying to have fewer sales in order to make them more upscale...They could've fooled me! They have some sort of sale or discount every other month...I still heart Bloomindale's though, they're my favorite department store.

Ianastar (how do you say your name BTW?) We should go shopping! Before we both leave the DC area, one last hurrah...BTW do you carry a Vuitton Damier Ribera? Just curious.
