Before I started paying attention to Anja I used get her mixed up with everyone! Was the girl in this picture Anja? Was it Valentina? There was no denying that she was beautiful, but did she have anything else to offer, or was she just another pretty blonde relying solely on what God gave her.
But give her half a chance to prove herself and she will transform in front of your eyes! She won’t remain just another blonde, or just another model for that sake! Browsing through her thread she will draw you in displaying enormous versatility and amazing modelling. She can be edgy, calm, thoughtful, intense and even androgynous. Strike a pose, pout your lips, pull a face! Anja can do it all.
The picture I have chosen is such a typical example of what I call her intellectual modelling, she isn’t just looking pretty or playing it up for the camera. You can see that there is something going on in her mind, this model's head is not full of air! I find that Anja works best in these kinds of shoots that show a slightly distressed form of glamour. She’s not a Victoria’s Secret kind of blonde and certainly no Barbie doll!

Hi everyone, I am Coco Rocha...

Do you like them? I do! I think they perfectly show why I am a sought-after model. I can be mysterious, I can be quirky, I can be expressive, elegant, excessive...the whole lot!

Oh, and this is my personal favourite runway shot, at Jean-Paul Gaultier F/W 07.08!

Cool, huh?! Yeah that's right, I am not just another zombiewalker, I actually have a story and a personality which I will be happy to show on the runway. Here you can see me performing an Irish Dance on the runway...I think it's been dubbed a 'fashion moment' by many critics...I guess that's quite an honor!

This shows how contemporary and fashion forward my look is. With a bit of androgyny and again that cool quirkiness...but of course also very high fashion!

Here's her polas. She likes wearing no makeup. It's so relaxing, especially after fashion weeks. This is a crazy time, even for her. Getting up early and going to castings. We all know it. But the question is why and when the fashion world became crazy about the delicate Agnes, known as Agnes B?

I'm meeting her in her mother agency. She's very tall indeed (181 cm!), looking so innocent, so different than other models. She's been to N.Y, Paris, Milan, Tokyo! She's still working all over the World: just after I met her, she went to Australia and spent there a few weeks with Zosia Prominska and Kasia Kniola. We've been looking at the results of that trip for months. She's such a busy girl! Just think that this beautiful, 19 years old girl, did the Chanel exclusive, Miu Miu and Yves Saint Laurent shows!

She won the Dziewczyna Dziewczyny contest in 2003 which opened her lots of doors to a real career. But in fact it wasn't that hard to get it started!. It's a pleasure for the agency to work with a model like Agnes: extremely versatile, but still angelic-looking. And if you want to see more of her, just wait a minute. We'll be back for sure because her eyes talk to people!
