the fur shoes looked so much like Alexander Wang's!!!

Wow, so heavily oriented towards outerwear. Kind of feel "meh" about it. The tassled dress looked interesting but since it had a big coat over it....

I thought it was a very lovely collection. Very rich and lush. I loved the styling with the jackets.

It has something in common with Alexander Wang. As always. :innocent:

I liked the show. A grand improvement from last season. Lovely silk dresses paired with urban parkas and coats, a 'cool' contrast.

Just one thing: those fur shoes need to GO! They are not going to happen.

To be honest, the arguments saying that he borrowed some coats/shoes from Wang are not fair. I felt the collection way more cohesive and well executed than Wang's this season.

To me it feels the other way around :innocent:

Both of which are ridiculous. Celine Fall 2010 did fur shoes properly.

I did like this collection, but it also didn't feel very cohesive to me. He has the preppy English hunter look, then the chic and polished tweeds and nude looks, then to the sexy sheer and grunge pieces. Seems a bit all over the place. BUT there is so much that I want to own, that I can overlook that fact. I am dying to see more closely some of the pieces that the big overcoats covered up. A truly gorgeous collection overall.
