Remember, don't start a new runway based trend-thread unless you can post examples from at least 5 different designers. You can post the rest here:flower:

BOXY JACKETS! Oh my goodness there are loads of them! From cropped jackets to bigger coats - everything is square cut.
Not a trend I like :( Pics are Edun, Jenni Kayne, Peter Som, Rebecca Taylor, United Bamboo, taken from elle.com... |

Really don't know what to call this trend. It's fur/fluffy on shoes/gloves.

- I've seen so many floor length coats, and generally BIG outerwear, to join with Sill's parkas.
- Too-short-for-her trousers; trousers cropped to the ankle but that don't taper at all. |

^ Agh! I was going to post about poncho references. I may as well post some of the images I've collected so far then.

lots of these are already noticed:
so much burnt oranges & reds! tailoring; wide-legged, high-waisted pants fur! coats, gloves, sleeves. particularly love the coloured furs! large sleeves that stand out on the dress by different colours and fabrics. lots of nostalgia, references to times past, in the textiles, i felt. |
trends
Lot of 70's references !!! :'(!! when will it stop!! haha
Lots of rubber-look fabrics! |
I was surprised at how many decades were referenced this season. Usually one dominates, but I felt like this season in particular was pretty equal opportunity!
Forties at Miu Miu and Marc Jacobs Fifties/Sixties at Bottega Veneta and Burberry And the seventies, as mentioned above |
^ Oh, and the 20's and 30's- Ralph Lauren, Aquiliano.Rimondi, Chanel
