Aside from the fashion show, use this thread as an opportunity for any and all VS news throughout the year!

I sort of love the cast but at the same time there are soo many young girls who I have never heard of (Maud, Sharam, Barbara,) and others like Jourdan, Karlie & Shu Pei whose I dont think that fit the brand. Hopefully, Adriana, Alessandra, Candice, Toni, Hilary, Joan, Doutzen, Isabeli, Bregje, Izabel, & Shanina will bring the mature/ glamazon vibe to the show, im dying to see them working it!!!!

It's so sad that Maryna won't be there, she's gorgeous, one of the best bodies of the industry, high fashion vibe, amazing walk, she's PERFECT! like someone said, there must be an important reason that she wasn't casted.

Not loving the idea of Magdalena for VS, she bored me two years ago.
So far only excited about Frida, Jourdan and Cara because I don't really know who are many of this random models :unsure:

There are definitely peeps I'm disappointed weren't cast *cough*Arlenis*cough*, and yeah, the number of girls is kind of getting a side eye. But overall, this seems like one of the best casts in a while.

the number of girls IS a lot. but i feel like a majority of the Pink girls will only get one outfit and only in that specific segment.

yeah, Pink girl are not taking anybody's spot. I am sure they decide the number of outfit they have for pink then cast the girls for it.

The rest of the show is a bit separate (unless girl can do both)
so those "cute" girls like Maud or Sharam did not "take the place" of a Maryna or Arlenis I think.

For the mainline competition was tough but I think the line-up is very solid this year.
Once again, if we added all the girls we would like for the show we would reach 50+ easy

between us, we would probably never agree on 30 girls to do the show ;)

I'm loving their pick for Barbara Fialho!!
She may not be well known now because she's not really a Fashion week girl but she's a big time lingerie, swimwear and catalog girl!!!!! Total babe with a classic lingerie body. Hopefully this will set her moment!!!

That girl Barbara F. has a stunning body. Not sure about the face yet but its definitely interesting.
And I already love Sharam a lot for tweeting all the pics. Such a sweetheart!

I'm really excited about the show! A strong cast I must say. I'm satisfied with almost all of the girls that will make their debuts.
And I'm even more excited since we don't have any pics yet. It makes the wait even more thrilling :woot:

Really surprised that Maryna didn't make it as well as Eniko. I will never understand. Curious about Shu Pei's debut; As much as I love her, I don't think she has the body type for VS at all. But I'm sure she'll rock it, with such a charming smile :wub:

Well Magda is one of my faves and Im glad to know she is in but I have to agree with you on that one to a degree.

Definitely Maryna is a bigger standout between Magda and her, although I like them both.

Anyways, didnt anyone mention that there will be about 70 looks all in all Todd said ?

You can't have it all. That's the truth when it comes to VS or vsfs casting...

All the new vs pink girls leave me cold so far, Asians as well, meh. The ones Im glad about : Hilary, Magda, Toni, Constance...We shall see.
