And I thought the scandal was that he left Olatz for Miral. With all due respect for his art, Schnabel seems to be a sleazy serial cheater. Don´t like him one bit.

His paintings are so calculated and paint-by-numbers to me-- loved the plate paintings though. And Basquiat was very good, he's a much better director than as a painter. He always comes off as the ultimate wannabe with his paintings-- as in trying to be like Picasso, complete with the womanizing and macho attitude.
