What do you have on your walls?

Hi :flower:

Some of you may know that we have moved into a new apartment, a nice big one.

The only things we have brought to the new one, are our beds. So every furniture we have are new. But we still need a lot :D

Hubby and I have very different taste in furnitures, so we have to compromise a lot. Which is really okay.

But on the walls we have nothing and mabye we wont have anything on, because it kind looks good with nothing there... But some inspiration my change our minds.

What do you have on tour walls?

Ditte-Maria

P.S. I have searched for a thread like this wall-one, but couldn't find it.

Congrats on your move! :flower:

How about having a gallery of photographs on one of your walls, it'll be something really special and personal?

Or how about some posters - I personally like those from the Art Nouveau era :)

In my bedroom, I have three pictureframes with two photos each grouped together beside one another. My father is a photographer and they are all his beautiful b/w photos of old dilapidated barns. They really look cool!

He helped me do a whirlwind remodel/redecoration of my room in one weekend, so I thought it only fair to put his stuff up in tribute ;)

Down one of my hallways, I have a collection of about 25 framed vintage silhouettes of people heads....I got most of them at flea markets and on ebay. Each one is different and I love them!
