Eric Tibush Haute Couture
I think nobody mentionned it before
If so, then forgive me and delete the thread :flower: (vogue uk) http://www.vogue.co.uk/ImageLib/320x...ush/00030f.jpg http://www.vogue.co.uk/ImageLib/320x...ush/00120f.jpg http://www.vogue.co.uk/ImageLib/320x...ush/00230f.jpg I kinda like it :ninja: strange, but it reminds me of some old couture collections of topic question big Houses such as Chanel don't make profits on Couture, which are there because of the "image" of the house. Although they are money-loosing, it's good in term of image. But how theses designers like this one, or On Aura Tout Vu for example (in fact every couture house who don't produce ready to wear so far) survive? |
I quite like the second piece...
I honestly have no idea on how the couture houses make their money if they don't do RTW but this certainly looks better than Chanel IMO. BTW is this collection a current one? |
^I think it's current... I checked the images--it says it's for A/W 2006.
I think the accessories are nice. The tiny bag and necklace/bracelet made with stones/shells look interesting. belletrist I don't think all couture is just for the image of the house. Chanel must get some profit from their couture. After all it is Chanel! :D |
