Does anyone know how i can achieve this look hairwise?

It's the one fromt eh very begginning of BAT, with the updo and the looong black dress. i have NO idea how to do it OR post a pic so any help is appreciated!

It shouldn't be too difficult actually. Here's a picture to get you started. :flower:

It looks like they used some chunky blond highlights, short bangs, a simple updo and a piece of jewelry to top it off. A better picture...

You can see the highlights better in this one.

My Mom used to wear her hair like that and she told me that it was a hair piece. Put your hair in a high pony tail, attach a matching hair piece and wrap it around like a bun. You can create lots of gorgeous hair styles with hair pieces but it is very important that they match perfectly.

From the side...

do you think that if i did a ponytail off the the left with a diagonal part ( to get eh piece in the front) then did a french twist and teased it it would work?

How do I get a bun like this? It looks like it was wrapped around or some thing few times...

To me that looks like a low ponytail twisted upwards then the ends tucked in a bit.
