they should hire more girls on the same level as Toni.
Edita, Joan, Magdalena, Karmen, Maryna, Constance, etc.., these girls balance commercial and high fashion quite well, and I can't really pinpoint it, but they have that extra something. Ditch Lily, Chanel, Lindsay, Behati, and get some of these girls.
I don't mind Erin much, nor does it matter since her position is secure.
Candice, Miranda, Doutzen, Adriana and Ale are perfect angel material.
