Sarah Jessica Parker Throughout the Years in Vogue. However, you made me curious, and I had to go through my archives (I've got issues back to 1999, but there are gaps in 2007-2008). Anyway, she has, indeed, covered six issues of Vogue: February 2002, August 2003, September 2005, June 2008 (I don't own that cover), May 2010, and most recently August 2011. The August 2011 cover that I scanned is from my library; the rest are via the link above.
