Maryna sold her apartment to Strokes guitarist

Model Maryna Linchuk (pictured), a Victoria’s Secret “Angel,” has sold her one-bedroom, two-bathroom loft in Nolita for $1.25 million to Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. The 1,033-square-foot condo is at 354 Broome St. Linchuk bought the loft for about $1 million in January 2010. Musician Fiona Apple once lived there, as did artist Ryan McGinness. The residence features original columns, 10-foot-plus beamed ceilings, a double-wide living room overlooking a garden courtyard, a chef’s kitchen, two “spa-like” bathrooms with heated floors and two walk-in closets. Hammond might also like the apartment’s B&W two-zone sound system.
