No, trust me he isn't. He hasn't got a clue of what he's doing, only look at his thread. He's still a kid.
This relationship is just as gimmicky as Paris and River both are.
I actually feel kind of sorry for River, as Paris will dump him when she's had her fun because that's probably what this is all about.
