So ... she might be able to provide some insight and direction that might help you. But then, if you don't have the right look for what they need ... it won't help at all. So, it is still a gamble.
But I agree .. a short seminar about how to work the system and how to market yourself effectively seems like it's a better investment of your money.

Thanks for your feedback. I gave it some more thought and decided that I will not attend the seminar. I bought a book about commercial print modeling about two years ago and it was a complete waste of money. Not interested in throwing anymore money down the toilet. I'm just gonna contact photographers in my area that have experience with shooting agency models and book them.
