I'm not sure how quickly that's going to sell. $33 million and then the fact that it's set up with studios and offices means that if anyone purchases it with the intent to use it all as living space, they'll need to sink many more millions into it. I mean, the current living areas are gorgeous and probably about as close to universally appealing as you're going to get, but this is the kind of property that can sit on the market for years. Let's hope some Russian billionaire buys it quickly. haha
