This whole collection belongs on the Ugliest Dresses You've Ever Seen thread. It's Tacky Fug Parade 2013. Some of these dresses had potential but got ruined by bad execution and overt, e.g. that two-tone pink number with a black feather embroidered sheer top, or that black tube embroidered on the left side with a truly hideous oversized cape thing. Sigh...
