wow, know-chloe...i has really bad customer service with both BG and NM!!! they really need to work on that! thats absolutely CRUEL that they didn't inform you about your canceled order! i would have been so mad! i paid for overnite shipping and didn't get my bag for over a WEEK!! and none of the customer service reps were helpful...they just kept lying to me to apease me. i was supposed to get tracking info, a bill and a bunch of other things through email and i didnt get SH*T. it seems like this is happening to a lot of people. from now on, if i can help it, i plan to purchase elsewhere....eluxury has been more than helpful in customer service and answering questions too, in comparison to NM and BG
