Given the circumstances - that she was unaware the camera could "see through" her clothes - it is unlikely to have much of an impact.
It's not even as damaging, IMO, as the pics of the Bush daughters drunk, or Noel Bush after her arrest.
She looks sober and composed, even if you don't like her underwear.
