A few of my Chanel cases have also been smushed. I don't think that it has to do with the quality but more with the fact that they've suffered a lot of abuse from me.

I suppose you can just buy another hard case that is not Chanel.

It is doubtful that the stores will sell you a new Chanel case because each pair of sunglasses comes with a case. If they sell you one then they'd be missing a case.

If you really want the Chanel case I suppose you can contact their headquaters and tell them what happened. There maybe an address or contact number on the little booklet that they give with the sunglasses.
